1. Go to our website, http://www.healthelunchkids.com and ORDER NOW.
  2. Check that your school is included in our daily delivery. If it is, go to #3, below. If not please fill out the email requesting information about Health e-Lunch Kids, Inc. by clicking here.
  3. Create a new account after pressing ORDER NOW. You can only register if your school is included in our healthelunchkids.com daily delivery service. If you are unsure, check the dropdown box under “school” when you are at the order site.
  4. Your login name is the username you created upon creating your account. This is your login in for all future visits.
  5. Create your own password which can be figures or letters and use this password for all future logons and ordering.
  6. Be sure to add funds to your Health e-Bucks account prior to ordering and follow the instructions on screen. When you select an amount for your Health e-Bucks, the full amount you selected will be charged to your account immediately, regardless of when your lunches are ordered and delivered. The ordering system shows you steps to order for your convenience.
  7. Orders must be placed by 10AM, 48 hours in advance of delivery, including weekends. For example, place orders by 10AM Saturday for Monday delivery.
  8. If you have funds available after you are done using Health e-Lunch Kids, we will refund the left over amount in your Health e-Bucks account, simply notify us
  9. Choose your price and drag the lunch to the calendar day you are ordering for.
  10. Payment by credit or debit card is handled by PayPal. We do not hold any card details on our website. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
  11. Your child’s lunch box is delivered directly to the school they attend.
  12. You can order your child’s lunch up to 1+ month in advance anytime, day or night.
  13. You do have the option to cancel or change the current week’s order by 10 AM, 48 hours in advance of scheduled delivery.
  14. Cancellation due to illness must be received by 5pm the day before delivery. The order will remain cancelled until you resume your order online. Cancellations will receive a credit and carried over to your next order.
