- Instead of flour tortillas, ask for corn tortillas.
- Skip the basket of nacho chips and have tortilla soup instead.
- Request black or red beans in place of refried beans.
- Use salsa, pico de gallo, cilantro and jalapeno peppers, instead of full fat sour cream and cheese.
- Choose meat and vegetable fajitas instead of loaded burritos or quesadillas.
- Try a taco or fajita salad (don’t eat the shell and ask for low fat sour cream).
